Responsibilities
- Supports the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations.
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Maintains merchandising standards.
- Adheres to operational procedures.
- Drives sales performance.
- Supports management of inventory levels.
- Assists in the recruitment process for store talent.
- Manages cash-handling tasks.
- Ensures a clean, safe environment for associates and customers.
- Addresses internal and external shrink in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Trains, motivates, mentors, and offers constructive feedback to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven successful experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
- Ability to travel between locations is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
