Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities that may include managing assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results.

• Guest Service Department Manager: Responsibilities may include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff in service procedures, and organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Responsibilities may include delivering great quality food to customers quickly, ensuring food safety, controlling food cost, and training all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Responsibilities may include hiring qualified crew, training them well, scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring new Crew get a good start, and recognizing and motivating them throughout their employment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy having fun and have the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Pay

Assistant Manager: $44,000 - $50,000 per year (salaried).
