Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your team
• Follow up on tasks and report results to your crew and fellow managers
• Support the General Manager in various aspects of the store

Requirements

• Dependable, always showing up on time or early for shifts and available to support the team when needed
• People-oriented, enjoying interactions with customers and team members
• Adaptable to change, comfortable working in environments that require frequent shifts in direction
• Experienced in leading others, valuing others' opinions and collaborating effectively with peers
• Accountable, meeting high standards of performance and customer expectations

Qualifications

• Prior McDonald’s Department Manager experience is preferred
