Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities that may include:

• Managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Setting goals and delegating tasks to their teams
• Following up and reporting results back to their team and other managers

Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
• Executing sales promotions effectively
• Training all service staff in service procedures
• Organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service

Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, quickly
• Maintaining food safety at all times
• Controlling food cost
• Training all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items

People Department Manager responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring the restaurant hires qualified crew and trains them well
• Scheduling crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
• Helping Crew get off to a good start and keeping them recognized and motivated throughout their employment

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants

Pay

Assistant Manager: $44,000 - $50,000 (salaried)
