Assistant Store Manager

Role: Retail Store Leader responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional guest service, and fostering a positive store environment inspired by island lifestyle. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team, build strong customer relationships, achieve sales goals through effective planning and store operations, and coach team members for growth and development. Create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and ensure the store meets visual and merchandising standards. Qualifications: 3+ years retail experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, knowledge of merchandising and visual concepts, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a college degree in Business or related field. Skills: Collaboration, report analysis, initiative-taking, coaching, and team development. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequent bending and standing, occasional ladder use, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
