Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Support: Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues; provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor; help drive a positive, high-energy team culture; step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Commercial Performance & Sales: Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT; lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors; assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results; ensure strong product knowledge and visual
