Responsibilities
- Aid in the coaching and training of team members on customer service and assigned tasks
- Assist in the daily paperwork, inventory control, store maintenance, and team member accountability
- Develop a strong partnership with the Store Manager
- Be an essential part of growing all aspects of the store
