About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are an essential part of growing all aspects of our store! Our customers love our store, the products we offer, and the convenience of our location. This career path will keep you on your toes doing a number of different tasks, but customer service and leading a team will be your top priority.
You will develop a strong partnership with the Store Manager. You will be eager to aid in the coaching and training of team members on customer service and assigned tasks. You will assist in the daily paperwork, inventory control, store maintenance, and team member accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of store employees
- Assist in coaching and training team members on customer service and assigned tasks
- Support daily store operations, including paperwork and inventory control
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ensure team member accountability and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Associate degree or 2 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of both
