We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a Summary (maybe About the role). It includes Qualifications (list). It includes Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list). It includes WORK ENVIRONMENT (list). It includes other statements like "Open Availability required**". Also includes "Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)" etc. Also "Must commit to two store closings per week, including one being Friday or Saturday". Also "Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner". Also "Ability to make change using American Monetary units". Also "Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex financial reports". Also "High School Diploma required or GED". Also "Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision." Also problem solving, communication skills, interpersonal skills, express ideas via email, memos, reports. Also physical requirements: lift heavy packages, reach overhead, bend, kneel, carry product, stand/walk extended periods, safely lift 50 lbs, perform store maintenance, use ladders, repetitive motions, caution with difficult customers, noise level moderate to loud, adult content environment, must be at least 18 years old.
Also there is a line: "We will never communicate with you via text message to discuss or schedule job interviews. We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text." That's boilerplate (scam warning) - should be removed.
Also there are hashtags at end: #joinourteam etc - should be removed.
Also there is a statement: "All job requirements in the job description provided indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities deemed necessary to perform the job competently. Job descriptions are an overview of the duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the position. Employees may be required to perform other job-related assignments as requested. I have read and understand the job requirements, responsibilities and expectations set forth in the job description provided for my position. I attest that I can perform the essential job functions as outlined with or without any reasonable accommodations." That's boilerplate / legal - remove.
Thus we need to extract substantive content: Summary paragraph (maybe About the role). Qualifications list (maybe Qualifications). Responsibilities list (Essential Duties And Responsibilities). Work environment maybe could be under Requirements or Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can map content accordingly.
We have:
- About the role: The summary paragraph: "The Assistant Manager is a position responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving all Company goals and initiatives through driving sales, developing talent, and delivering execution. It is critical that an Assistant Store Manager represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, demonstrates exceptional customer service, and drives a consistent message to all team members."
We could also include "Open Availability required**" maybe as a note but it's not a heading; we could embed in a paragraph.
- Responsibilities: The Essential Duties And Responsibilities list (many bullet points). We'll put each as .
- Qualifications: The list after "Qualifications". That includes: At least 2 years of manager experience in a specialty retail store with relevant traffic and volume preferred; Proficiency in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, and ability to adapt to additional software programs; Has broad knowledge and perspective of retail landscape; Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday); Must commit to two store closings per week, including one being Friday or Saturday; Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner; Must be able to make change using American Monetary units; Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex financial reports; High School Diploma required or General Education Degree (GED); Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision; This position requires the ability to problem solve complex situations in an effective and efficient manner including dealing with difficult and/or troubled clients; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships; Ability to express ideas clearly and succinctly via email, memos, and reports.
We could also include physical requirements under Skills? But they are more like Requirements (physical ability). Could put them under Requirements.
- Skills: maybe we could separate "Skills" from Qualifications? But we have many skill-like items already in Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But we have headings list; we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have substantive content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We also have physical requirements and work environment; could be under Requirements (maybe as a sublist). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule content besides schedule info (weekends, two store closings). That's schedule info; we could put under Schedule heading. The posting mentions "Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)" and "Must commit to two store closings per week, including one being Friday or Saturday". That's schedule specifics. So we can create a Schedule section with those points.
Also there is "Open Availability required**" maybe also schedule.
Thus we can have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Qualifications (experience, education, technical skills, soft skills), Schedule (weekend availability, store closings). Possibly Requirements (physical requirements and work environment). But we might combine physical requirements into Requirements.
We need to avoid creating sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each.
Thus we will output:
