About The Opportunity The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides leadership to the sales team, ensures operational excellence, and helps maintain a positive and motivating work environment. The Assistant Store Manager also serves as acting Store Manager in their absence. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance metricsLeading by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationshipsMonitoring sales floor activity, coach associates, and ensure customer concerns are handled promptlyProviding ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team growth and engagementSupporting scheduling to ensure proper coverageOverseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies & procedures What We’re Looking For 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to drive sales and meet store goalsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesTech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple productsReliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage FSA options for Medical, Dependent Care & Commuter Benefits Paid Time off, Paid Sick Time, and Paid Holidays 401(k) with generous match program Free Life Insurance and AD&DLong-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Discount Pay Rate: The target hiring range for this position is $25/HR - $29/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Boca Raton, FL location.
