Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics
• Leads by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Maintains a positive and motivating work environment
• Serves as acting Store Manager in their absence
• Supports scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Oversees daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies & procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet store goals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, Google Drive, and Apple products
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

This position begins at $22-$28/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Newport Beach, CA location. This role is also eligible for uncapped commission.

Schedule

Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
