Assistant Store Manager
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like core values bullet points? The text includes core values: Aim For The Podium, Take Risks; Wear a Helmet, Share The Road, Do the right thing, Keep It Real. Those are values with descriptions. Should we list them as list items? Probably yes under About the role or Responsibilities? They are part of company culture. Could be under About the role as a list.
We need to not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have content.
Thus sections:
- About the role: company description, mission, brands, core values, maybe culture/fuel your passion.
- Responsibilities: duties of ASM (managing team, sales goals, product knowledge, store operations, etc.)
- Qualifications: listed qualifications.
- Benefits: benefits list.
- Pay: pay info.
We could also have Skills? Not needed.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Assistant Store Manager.
We need to strip out duplicated lines: there are some duplicated phrases like "Keep It Real: You'll earn an hourly base rate..." appears also in Pay section earlier. We'll keep once.
We need to remove EEO line.
Now craft HTML.
