Responsibilities
- Maximize customer success by offering financial services tailored to their needs.
- Audit and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
- Manage daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
- Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining customer service.
- Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Perform duties outside the office, such as on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing activities.
- Work with business partners to generate referrals and participate in and host in-store and community events.
- Maintain office security, conduct opening and closing procedures, manage vault and cash drawer, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to ensure compliance with internal and external store appearance and cleanliness.
- Handle multiple tasks as directed by leadership and adhere to a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least three months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Skills
