Pay
The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Maximize customer success by offering financial services tailored to their needs
- Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products
- Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships
- Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining customer service focus
- Maintain accurate and secure customer information in the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety standards
- Perform off-site duties including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing
- Meet performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnerships, referrals, and community events
- Maintain office security protocols, including opening/closing procedures, vault, and cash drawer management
- Uphold compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to ensure compliance
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and address facility needs
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards
- Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends
**A full-time schedule is at least 40 hours per week. Store hours and schedules may vary by brand and location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required (conducted in accordance with applicable law)
- Ability to meet physical demands: standing up to 90% of the time, moving/transporting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — may be required for certain locations
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage compensated)
