Assistant Store Manager

• Deliver financial results: Drive financial growth by achieving sales and key KPI goals
• Exceed store EBITDA budget through responsibly managing payroll, supplies, and facilities
• Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goals
• Build a dedicated and good-natured team: Support and maintain a positive store environment by leading and developing a quality store team
• Affirmatively recruit, hire, train, and build a talent pipeline
• Urgently address and partner on performance issues using the Company tools
• Create a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever: Deliver extraordinary customer service through your store team
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations
• Consistently communicate customer, market, and product feedback
• Deliver operational consistency: Achieve all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety
• Support the team to ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
