About the role
We’re looking for an agile, results-driven retail leader and comfort enthusiast to join our Williamsburg store as Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the business by overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and driving store and team performance. Our stores operate with lean, agile teams of approximately 6–8 people, so this role requires a leader who can balance effective delegation with hands-on selling.
