Pay

Base pay starting at $51,000/yr. The pay range for this position starts as listed but actual pay could be higher based on experience. Compensation decisions consider training, experience, work location, required travel, and external market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Grow a successful, multi-million-dollar business by driving sales, leveraging business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain an appealing store appearance, including cleanliness, quality, accurate merchandising, and store signage
• Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging associates and developing their skills for individual and collective success
• Inspire others as a dynamic brand ambassador, driving results through teamwork and modeling the company’s core values
• Promote the company strategy through communication and keep associates informed of updates, celebrations, and changes
• Ensure community involvement and brand awareness by working with local organizations to strengthen brand visibility and values

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven track record of training, delegating, and inspiring top talent
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends based on business needs
