Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Aid in driving a high-quality guest experience
- Maximize team sales performance
- Recruit, interview, and hire design consultants
- Train, coach, and develop design consultants
- Facilitate and support ongoing training with design consultants
- Encourage and motivate design consultants
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Handle conflict effectively
- Perform disciplinary actions as needed
- Maintain operational and reporting standards
- Act as the Leader on Duty
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay
$50,000 (minimum hourly base) - $100,000 annual
Hourly/Non-Exempt, includes minimum hourly base and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses
Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location

About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager provides support to the Store Manager position. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience, focuses on maximizing team sales performance, assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring design consultants, assists in training, coaching, and developing design consultants, facilitates and supports ongoing training with all design consultants, encourages and motivates design consultants, delegates tasks appropriately, handles conflict effectively, performs disciplinary actions as needed, maintains operational and reporting standards, acts as the Leader on Duty, and performs other duties as assigned.
