What You'll Do
- Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
- Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
- Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
- Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
