Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through a high standard of customer service and business acumen
- Be a brand champion by promoting the Venchi Service Model
- Support the store manager to drive stores KPIs, goals, and results
- Support all employees in their training, acting as a guide and motivator while continuously teaching and developing
- Support the manager in leading the team in achieving company objectives
- Support the Store manager in planning and well-structured follow-ups and coaching sessions with all team members
- Ensure standards and procedures are met through a successful Store Operational Audit
- Keep all equipment well-maintained and report any issues
- Maintain food and safety regulations
Requirements
- Two years of Assistant Store Manager experience
- Experience in running a fast-paced retail sales and customer service environment
- Working experience in the food industry is preferred
- Passionate about chocolate and gelato
- Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
- Flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends, that’s when we are at our busiest!
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Obviously a chocolate and gelato lover!
