The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager to build a high-performing team that delivers results through exceptional customer experiences. They are responsible for executing all store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager: Create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Team Development: Partner with the Store Manager to develop team members committed to creating a great experience for customers.
• Store Operations: Oversee assigned divisions and be accountable for results.
• Business Learning: Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive its success.
• Composure: Remain composed in challenging situations and handle unforeseen circumstances.
• POS Transactions: Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and manage management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
