The Assistant Store Manager serves and educates customers on the product portfolio by presenting options and addressing issues. They handle customer inquiries, perform sales calls, and manage cash transactions. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and compliance skills.

Duties

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher management
• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound calls
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins
• Balance receipts and resolve discrepancies
• Process transactions accurately and comply with regulations
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to policies

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously
• Own personal reliable transportation compliant with company policy
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance

Physical Demands

• Call center/retail/office environment
• Extensive cash handling
• Extended phone usage
• Long periods of standing
• Extended viewing of computer screens and typing
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Travel / Attendance

• May be required to travel to all stores within the assigned district
• May require overnight travel
• Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
