Assistant Store Leader- Guest Experience (Fayette Mall)

About the role

The Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader at Stand Out For Good Inc. is responsible for creating an exceptional and inspiring guest experience in their store. They are tasked with recruiting, training, and developing a diverse, passionate team that fosters authentic relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Holds self and the team accountable for achieving P&L results and statistical standards
• Manages the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact the community and enhance people’s lives
• Provides timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with a high degree of knowledge in all aspects of leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations
• The ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implementing revenue-driven ideas and opportunities
• A well-groomed and stylish appearance is essential, reflecting both personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights, and weekends

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting frequently
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
