The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers to lead a team of high-performing Health Enthusiasts® in guiding customers on the path to lifelong wellness. This role is ideal for someone committed to continuous education and professional development who wants to help others become their best selves.
Responsibilities
- Act as a direct support to the Store Manager and execute with excellence
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others
- Assist with recruiting and developing top talent
- Foster external, community relationships that help grow sales
- Lead with integrity and take accountability
- Foster an environment of continuous education and support company-driven training initiatives
- Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly
- Perform additional duties as required
Who You Are

- Able to support the development of strong teams
- Passionate about the health & wellness industry
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Desire to work a flexible schedule (e.g., holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
- Valid driver’s license
- 3–5 years of retail experience
- Retail management experience preferred

Pay
The estimated range is $19.75 – $21.50 per hour, based on role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and other organizational needs.
