Sales & Customer Experience
- Support achievement of store sales goals through exceptional customer service and team execution
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, promotional, and visual presentation standards
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environments
Operations & Store Management
- Responsible for scheduling to align staffing with customer traffic and business needs
- Responsible for daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and receipts and dispositions
- Oversee store and range facility standards, staffing, cleanliness, and functionality
- Oversee and support range maintenance team operations
People Leadership & Development
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Responsible for onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Help develop associates through goal setting and development plans
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to ATF regulations and all internal firearm handling policies
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable state and local regulations
- Serve as a Safety Leader by promoting a culture of accountability and safe practices
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience
- Led teams of 10 or more associates
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Experience in coaching, performance management, and team development
