Assistant Store Director - Store 051- Houston Cullen

About the role

As the Assistant Store Director at Store 051 Houston Cullen (Fiesta Mart), you will assist the Store Director in the complete operation of the store. You will collaborate with corporate management, department heads, associates, and vendors to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service. This role requires acting as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the proper operation of all departments within the grocery store.
• Support the Store Director in focusing on store employees and resolving complex problems.
• Coordinate the work of employees to achieve satisfactory operating results in compliance with company procedures and policies.

Requirements

• CPFM – Certified Food Protection Manager or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.
• Ability to perform physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Visual and auditory capabilities necessary for a fast-paced grocery store environment.
