You Will Be As the Assistant Store Director, Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and supporting overall store performance. You will oversee all operational processes, from workload planning and freight flow to inventory management and digital tool adoption, ensuring a smooth and efficient back-of-house operation. This role focuses on optimizing store operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while actively contributing to the broader business strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Store Director and leadership team to implement operational strategies, drive process improvements, and cultivate a customer-first culture that supports store growth. Salary Range $61,666 - $77,082* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
