Sales Leadership
- Proactively drive retail sales through strategic merchandising, promotional initiatives, and client engagement.
- Support the Spa Manager in analyzing sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans accordingly.
Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate client advisors and retail staff to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Cook regularly training sessions to elevate product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily floor operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the retail area is consistently presented to luxury standards and that all systems operate efficiently.
Customer Experience
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, consistently delivering an elevated spa and retail experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Spa Manager and other department leaders to support succession planning, staff development, and achievement of business objectives.
Technical Proficiency
- Utilize spa management and scheduling software, digital booking/POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations and generate insightful reports.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in analyzing sales performance data and inventory management.
