Duties
- Brief writing
- Presenting oral argument
- Managing own cases
- Working in teams for the State’s most important cases
- Suggesting and pursuing ideas on proactive litigation
Qualifications
- Must be, or be eligible to become, licensed attorneys in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar
- Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills are required
- Clerkship or fellowship experience is preferred, but not required
- All applicants must agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a background investigation
Compensation
Salary range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
