Assistant Soccer Coach (Goalkeepers)

Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches in all areas, including:
• Planning goalkeeper-specific development sessions and practice components
• Running goalkeeper sessions for both the men’s and women’s teams
• Delivering technical and tactical instruction tailored to individual goalkeepers
• Conducting video review and performance analysis for goalkeepers
• Tracking goalkeeper progress, workload, and performance trends throughout the season
• Integrating goalkeepers effectively into team systems and tactics
• Aiding the coaching staffs in the planning and execution of practices, skills, video, and other development activities
• Providing support during games for each team including communication, adjustments, video, player and equipment management
• Perform administrative office duties and support for all team operations
• Other duties as assigned by head coaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and collegiate competing and/or coaching experience required
• Experience working specifically with goalkeepers is desired
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively preferred
• Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA and NESCAC rules

Salary: $23,400
