Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
• Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines
• Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth
• Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift

Schedule

• Shifts are typically 8–10 hours
• Schedule may include a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Full-time and part-time roles available
