As a Tsunami Express Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
- Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently
- Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines
- Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth
- Aid in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift

- Previous leadership, supervisor, or management experience
