Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
• Performance bonuses (monthly + growth-based)

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy
• Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience
• Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards
• Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)
• Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently
• Support sales and membership growth
• Assist with local marketing and community partnerships
• Step up when needed—leaders don’t wait to be asked

• Leadership experience (or are clearly ready for it)
• Take initiative without being told

• Able to work 45+ hours/week
• Open availability (including evenings & weekends)
