Compensation
- $40,000 base salary

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy
- Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards
- Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)
- Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently
- Support sales and membership growth
- Assist with local marketing and community partnerships
- Step up when needed—leaders don’t wait to be asked
Requirements
- Leadership experience (or are clearly ready for it)
- Take initiative without being told
- Competitive and goal-driven
- Can coach others and hold people accountable
- Thrive in fast-paced, active environments
- Care about customer experience and team culture
- Want to grow into a leadership role quickly
- Able to work 45+ hours/week
- Open availability (including evenings & weekends)
