Assistant Service Manager - High Volume KIA Dealership

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager for our Kia Dealership in the Memphis market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and management, with the potential to grow within our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state, and local regulations affecting operations.
• Interact with and manage a staff of technicians.
• Lead service management and reconditioning activities.
• Interact with external vendors.
• Fulfill all service activities needed to meet or exceed operating plan goals.
• Manage technician productivity.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience.
• Experience with implementing structured business processes.
• A hard-working, can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
