Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager as needed.
- Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs and resolve issues.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving customer relations.
- Ensure adherence to ethical business practices, maintaining a professional image and good community relations.
- Track the progress of each vehicle, providing regular updates to customers.
- Boost profitability by managing sales effectively and executing retail promotions.
- Supervise technicians, ensuring efficient time management, accurate parts ordering, and timely job completion.
- Conduct and oversee quality control processes.
- Contribute to the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellent customer and employee service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
- Relevant automotive service advisor experience.
- Ability to focus and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
