Responsibilities

  • Maintain an efficient and profitable service department through staff support engagement, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of service records.
  • Monitor the workload and throughput of technicians, working to ensure shop time is consistently sold to service customers.

Requirements
