C&J Automotive is a family-owned business established in Berwyn, PA in 1988. We later expanded to our second location in Newtown Square in 2019 and have since added 7 more locations. We are proud of our high customer satisfaction rates and strive to maintain a positive work environment.

Job Duties

• Greet clients and maintain showroom.
• Schedule appointments.
• Main point of contact for clients, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
• Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
• Build work orders.
• Receive, order, and post parts.
• Review digital inspections.

Requirements

• Automotive experience (not required but a plus).
• Attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license.
• Sales experience (not required but a plus).
• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Manage client experience from beginning to end.
