Assistant Service Center Manager (Bilingual)

Role: Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) located at 1504 N State St, GREENFIELD, IN. Responsibilities: Support the Service Center Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performance team, perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, deliver excellent customer service, mentor staff, manage inventory and financials, and ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to safety policies. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum six months of supervisory experience, knowledge of safety and cash handling procedures, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in non-climate-controlled settings. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred), and capable of understanding training materials and safety instructions.
