Assistant Service Center Manager (Bilingual)

Role: Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) responsible for supporting daily operations, leading a high-performance team, and ensuring a superior customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes and automotive maintenance services.Assist in managing service center operations, including inventory, labor, and financial performance.Greet guests warmly, build customer trust, and foster loyalty.Mentor, train, and develop team members to optimize performance.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies. Qualifications & Skills Minimum six months supervisory experience, preferably in retail.Knowledge of cash handling, safety, and facility policies.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend; high school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding safety and operational materials; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
