Assistant Service Advisor

Position Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Learning the Point of Sale system
• Ordering parts and inventory
• Maintaining work flow in shop
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
• Cooking transportation services
• Delivering a high level of customer service

Hourly Compensation

• Daytime working hours (No Weekends)
• Ongoing training and field support

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Able to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
• Must have valid driver's license
