Assistant Server - June - Mammoth Mountain

About the role

The Assistant Server position is seasonal, running from December 2026 to April 2027.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table.
• Busses tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Absides by all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Pay

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Schedule
