Assistant Salon Manager, Licensed Cosmetologist

Franchise owner- Requis Inc. is one of the largest and most loved Salon Franchises in the US with over 500 employees Nationwide. Requis Salons is an independently owned and operated Regis franchisee with salons across multiple states, proudly operating the SmartStyle, Supercuts, and Cost Cutters brands.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leadership and guest service.
• Understand guest’s needs and provide quality consultations.
• Perform requested services (haircut, color, highlights, waxing, specialty services) efficiently and professionally.
• Assist salon manager and lead team.
• Perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at end of day.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• Desire to lead and assist a salon manager.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and capable of performing administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.

Pay

Up to 50% in service commissions from Day 1; managers can earn up to $40/hour plus tips (includes all forms of compensation).
