Responsibilities

• Support and motivate a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair
• Assist with daily salon operations to keep the salon running smoothly
• Provide great customer service and technical haircutting skills
• Grow your leadership skills and take on more responsibility

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the ability to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends
