You'll receive industry-leading, hands-on training from a franchise owned by licensed cosmetologists with over 30 years of experience. A current Cosmetology or Barber License is required, along with availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily salon operations and help keep the salon running smoothly
• Motivate and support a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair
• Deliver great customer service and technical haircutting skills
• Grow your leadership skills and take on more responsibility
• Utilize innovative salon technology like Online Check-In and the Great Clips App

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others

• Availability for evenings and weekends
