Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead a team of stylists
- Support salon operations with organization and flexibility
- Drive goals and maintain high technical standards
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients
Requirements
- Cosmetology license and/or barber license (requirements vary by state/province)
- Proven communication and leadership skills
- Strong technical haircutting abilities
- Goal-driven and organized mindset
