Pay

Earn a base of $22-$25/hr, with potential to stack up to $40-$50/hr including tips and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and customer service
• Support daily salon operations and keep the salon running smoothly
• Encourage and motivate a team of stylists
• Grow your leadership skills and take on more responsibility

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to support and encourage others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the ability to help manage salon operations
• An interest in growing your leadership skills

Schedule

Flexible for evening and weekend closing shifts.
