Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (BBT & Sub-station)

About the role

You will drive sales and marketing for the assigned area, ensuring the team meets individual sales targets through primary and secondary sales monitoring, distributor acquisition, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the sales and marketing team to ensure sales targets are met.
• Work under a team supervisor or manager to achieve company-set quarterly targets.
• Conduct market visits, client visits, and client hunting to create new market opportunities.
• Record client information systematically according to company rules.
• Prepare pre-sales materials, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify potential target markets and customers to promote sales.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven skills in sales targets, target achievement, sales management, sales hiring, sales support, sales coaching, target setting, and sales administration.
