Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership Support
- Coach and mentor sales teams through customer interactions using Shane Co. sales philosophies
- Drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer on the sales floor and sharing compelling product stories
- Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings of the store management team as requested, as well as meetings with the sales team
- Perform opening and closing duties related to the store
- Collaborate effectively with store management, focusing on teamwork and communication
- Demonstrate and encourage peer coaching within your team
- Develop a basic understanding of all functionalities within the shop and customer service departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience with supervisory experience preferred
- No jewelry experience necessary—comprehensive training provided
- Availability during evenings and weekends is a must
- High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Pay & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $32-37/hr
- Team Bonus: Can range from zero to $150 each week for every member of the store team including the management team
- Individual Sales Performance Bonus: Based on participation in both team and individual sales bringing the perfect item to our guests
- Quarterly Bonus for Management Team: Based on the year-over-year total store sales achieved by the whole team
