Responsibilities
- Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
- Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists
- Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded
- Set daily goals, coach and develop team to improve their performance to strive to reach every day
- Maintain exceptional visual brand standards at all times
- Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door

Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear
- 3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality and store management
- Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results thru KPIs
- Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again
- Born leader with a strong work ethic
- Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment
- A knack for engaging guests authentically and being a product and brand expert
- Proven success with training, coaching and developing teams behaviors to grow
- Passion for providing a customer centric experience
- Proven success of all aspects of store operations
- Intuitive when it comes to meeting customer demands
- Self-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative and layered retail experience
- Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
