Responsibilities
- Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Aiding with hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants
- Aiding with ongoing team training
- Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
- Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
- Tracking goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership/management experience helpful
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
